65gm (2oz) persimmon picked
50gm (1.6oz) sugar
5gm (0.16oz) lemon juice
5g de glicose
50gm (1.6oz) water |
Directions:

1.
Mix all ingredients together and it simmer.
2. Cook it for about 35min or to jam consistency.
3. It can be served in individual glasses |
